At the Supreme Court John Frc-ieVas sentenced to two years for negotiating a loiter of credit for £200. issued to J. X Jones, of Okaoe, Wangnnui, in March, IS9O. His Honor said the case was a very bad one and ho was sorry the witiiess Care, who identified the prisoner as the payee, was not present as he would like to ask him some questions.
