PALMERSTON.—TUESDAY,

Lind, claim £5 6s 4d, costs 28s 6d (Mr Innes); F. Bryant v. A. H. Moore, claim £8 10s, costs 545, (Mr Innes); J. E. McNeil v. G. Peters, claim ] £2 16s, costs 6s (Mr Innes); Reid and Gray v. W. Ritchie, claim £27 7s lsd", j costs 47s (Mr Innes); August Hoffman v. Stephen Burr, claim £3 13s 6d, costs 10s (Mr Loughnan) ; A. J. Mah'on v. J. Salmon, claim £3, costs 10s (Mr Innes): Piercy and Ca. v. James Cotterill, claim £1 9s, costs 5s ; same v. R. Neilson, claim £1, costs 11s ; Reid & Gray v. J. E. Batten, claim £15 14s 7d, costs 25s 6d (Mr Innes). DEFENDED CASES. J. H. Freeman y. Win. Milverton, claim £3 13s 9d, half the yalua of a dividing fence. Mr Innes, who apptared for the plaintiff, said that since last Court day, defendant had agreed to pay the amount claimed, and had signed the agreement, but he (defendant) now put in a counter claim for 10s, the value of certain material alleg«d to have been taken by plainttff. His Worship allowed plaintiff ss, without costs. The Court then adjourned.
