THE WOUNDED NEW ZEALANDER.
Auckland, May 29. Private Sydney E. Palmer, of the first contingent, who was slight.y wounded on 26th May, was a member of the Hawera Mounted Rifles, and is a farmer hailing from Awatuna, Taranaki.
