POSSIBLE DANGER OF PRISONERS.
London, February 28. The Times states that five thousand Boer prisoners will constitute a danger at Capetown, and urges that they should be sent to St. Helena.
General Cronje's forces have been formed into commandoes at Koodoosrand, and will proceed to Capetown under their own officers.
