The great expiration of lease sale at Warnock and Adkin's is now in full swing, and we can safely say that all of the large crowd of buyers are fully satisfied with the wonderful value they have received for their money, as the firm have decided on leaving Palmerston at the end of the lease, the stock must be sold, and the big reductions in prices cannot fail in speedily clearingthe stock.—Advt.
