Sir, — A few days ago I was passing through the Borough Council Chamber, when £ picked up a draft notice of motion to the following effect : "That a Com mittee be appointed consisting of Councillor S. Abraham*' to administer the whole affairw of the thorough " I did not notice m your last report that this matter was dealt with. Can you tell mo was it placed on the records, and when it is to be discussed, as I should like to be there.— l am, etc., Ratbpaver.
