(electric telhgraph.— copyriget.) (REUTEK's TEJtEaBAMS.) Melbo^ritb, Monday. '■ A mass meeting was held on Saturday evening to support Mr Gladstone, Sir Bryant O'Loghlen being, m the chair. The attendance numbered fully 5000, and included several clergymen. Resolutions were passed thanking Mr Gladstone m his efforts -to^procure Home Rule for Ireland and sympathising; with" •him m the rejection of his proposals.
