At the Magistrate's Court this'rnorning, a charge of illegally shooting a hare was dismissed pn a technical point that it had to" be proved that hares had been imported into this district. It was concontended ,tliat it was not sufficieritto show the animals had been imported into contiguous districts and spread hence, ■and the. Magistrate upheld this view.
