Arrival of the s.s. Talnui at Wellington.
This magnificent steamship, belonging to the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company, arrived m port on Thursday afternoon from London, via Plymouth, Teneriffe, Capetown, Hobart and Auckland. For all ports of New Zealand her passenger list totalled 152— 16 saloon, 22 second saloon, and 114 steerage. She also had 90 passengers for Australia, who were landed at Hobart. The Tiiinui will probably remain m Wellington till Tuesday,* when she will sail for Port Chalmers and Lyttelton, taking her final departure from the latter' port on May 29 for England.
