Action Against Accident Insurance Company of New Zealand.

( UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION..) Nelson, Monday. At the Supreme Court, the action Wollister r. Accident Insurance Associa^ tion of New Zealand concluded on Saturday, when a verdict for plaintiff was given for the amount claimed, £500. The plaintiff claimed as administratrix m the estate of C A., Hollistcr deceased, who was insured m the defendant Company, and it was contended that death was the result of a fall. The doctor cerhfted that the cause was pnenmonia and heart disease, accelerated by a fall, and medical evidence was given that pneumonia might have been occasioned by the fall. The Judge sjave permission to the Company to move to set aside judgment on a law point.
