A Halfpenny Circular Post.

A halfpenny circalarpost within town deliveries will iv a few days bo established under the following regulations : — Circulars shall not exceed half an ounce m weight. The postage -shall be one halfpenny on each circular, to bt? prepaid, iv stamps. Delivery stall be restricted to delivery from the same post office at which posted (including delivery through i'V branch Suburban office, or by letter-carriers if any.)
