Directors of. the proposed Company is composed of only a few i working members. Mr T. Salt, M:P^ is Deputy-Chairman of Lloyd, Barnetta, and Bosanquet's Bank. He is~also Chair ! man of the North, Staffordshire Bail war Company, and was a member of the last Consarvative Administration. Mr Edward Brodie Hoar (not Home, ac telegraphed) is one of the city Directors of the same bank. Sir Charles Clifford is too well known m New Zealand to need further description. Mr Hillton is a member of the well-known firm- of Miles Bros, and Co., Graceehurch-street. The solicitors are Messrs Flechfields and Williams, solicitors to the Bank of Enjj. land. It is the intention of the Directors to put the scheme before the public m London as free from promotion as they have received it from the guarantors ia Chriatchurch.
