Mr Hillton is a member of the well-known firm- of Miles Bros, and Co., Graceehurch-street. The solicitors are Messrs Flechfields and Williams, solicitors to the Bank of Enjj. land. It is the intention of the Directors to put the scheme before the public m London as free from promotion as they have received it from the guarantors ia Chriatchurch.
