THIS DAY. (Before His Honor Judge Rawson.) The following jurymen were called. E. E. Symous, A. Stewart, M. Stewart, F. Stratford, R. Stnbbs, W. Btubl.B, R, Stallard, and P. Stevens. • Messrs Stratford and M. Stewart, did not appear, and Messrs Stall ard and Stevons were struck out by conned. Mr A. Stewart was chosen foreman. The first case, called was that; of J. & C; Bull, v. Tapita-..Mateue, claim £200 ( reduced by £*20 ,to,.com» within the jurisdiction of • tlw-.Go.urt> for goods supplied for purpose of building a house m 1881. Mr J H. Hanking by Mr E. T. Atkinson for plaintiffs, Mr A. S. Baker for defendant. Mr G. J. Scott was called to prove tbe goods having been supplied and duly entered and charged to the defendant, he at that time being manager for Messrs Bull, and at the present timo holding a power of attorney for Mr 0. Bull who is at preseut from the colony.
