No sales of cargo on passage have been effected. The crops arc looking healthy. The flour market is inactive. At the wool sales superfine greasy and merino sorts have improved £d per lb, owing to the French demand. Other sorts are unaltered. 240.000 bales have been catalogued for the series, of which 30,000 have been withdrawn.
