«. THE SULTAN'S APPEAL. THE GREAT POWERS ACQUIESCE. (electric telegraph. — copyright.) (reuter's telegrams.) Constantinople, April 15. His Majesty the Sultan has received replies to his request for action on the part of the Powers with regard to the threatening attitufce" of Greece. The Great Powers m replying to the Sultan's dispatches promise to take further steps towards the settlement of the difficulty with Greece.
