(united pbess association) Wellington, Wednesday. At the Supreme Court Joseph Roberts, charged with attempted rape, was acquitted. Christohuroh, Wednesday. At the Supreme Court to-day, William Traggs was convicted of fraudulent bankruptcy, and sentenced to 3 months' imprisonment without hard labour.
