MR ORMOND AT NAPIER. (UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION ) Napier, Tuesday. Mr Ormond addressed his constituents m the Theatre Royal to-night, which was closely packed, a large number ot lsdies being present. He was warmly cheered on making his appearance. He denounced Sir J. Voxel's recent proposals as being of a most reckless character, and said he was a determined opponent of Mr Ballance's native policy, which he considered a retrograde one. A vote of thanks and confidence was carried by acclammation. .
