The temperance party intend to upset 1 the Te Aro licensing election, if they can, on the grounds that the forms prescribed by law were not observed in connection with the appointment of a returning officer. Mr Fisher's election will also be petitioned against on the grounds that he is a shareholder in the United Importers' Company. :
