The State Legislature of San Franoisco intend to ask Congress to grant a subvention for the purpose of laying down a cable between B&n, Francisco and the Sandwich Islands. The Govern-" ments of those Islands are favorable to its coristructkfn. j Feb. 19. During the recent reverses of King Milan, a revolution was imminent m Servia m favor, of Prince Peter Karageorgeovitch, and the latter now. proclaims the expulsion o£ King Milan. It is expected that a South Australian loan will be placed m the market early m April. ..■;-. Mr A.Hearn, who opposed Mr Parnell at the general election, invites the Irish . National League to declare whether, if separation were granted, they would not be opposed to federation. It is intended to blockade the Greek fleet.
