The f *ams yarded were one, hundred. and* "eighty, 90 t (i£ > whieh'waß sold at'tlie'sale, and a good number parted after tlio sale. The prices ranged from one guinea to' four, guineas. There' was 4 spirit dieplayied when the rams of Win. Akera, Esq, were offered, and there was very keen cojm petition for some of them. Those from James B.ak«r, EBq, of Fordell. also were ; "' well coiiipeted for.- . Those* offered by T. . Bryant, Esq. were a very even lot, a ! nd greatly admired; some fifteen were sold. Lambs realised up to 5s sd. Romney ewes fetched up to 8s 9d. Stor^ wethers fetched 8s id; a lot was offered 7s 10a for, but passed m at 8s 3d. * Fat sheep fetched up to 8s 7d. ■ -
