(electric telegraph,— cop ybight,) (reuter's telegrams.) London, Feb. 9. Earl Gran ville, Secretary, and Mr 6aborne Morgan, Under-Secretary for Colonies, received 'Agents-General today. Lord Granville addressing them stated he highly valued their advice on colonial affairs, and expressed the hope he would often see them. Mr Healy and Mr Biggar are opposing the candidature of Mr O'Shea, Mr Parnell's nominee for Galway, but owing to pressure havirig f been brought /to bear on him Mr Healy reluctantly consented to withdraw his opposition. Intelligence is to hand that the ship Norway which left Sydney on November 22nd for Marseilles has been burnt at- sea. The crew which were rescued have been landed at Pernambnko. At to-day's wool sales 7900 bales were submitted to a dull market. Melbourne, Wednesday. Arrived— Wairarapa from "Bluff this morning.
