The Times this morning announces the following as the personel ot the New Ministry : — Mr Gladstone, Premier and Chancellor of the Exchequer ; Sir Win. Vornon Harcourt, Home Secretary ; Sir John Fairer Herschell, Lord High Chancelloi ; Viscount Hampden, Lord Privy Seal ; Mr Childere, Secretary fpr War ; Mr Chamberlain, First Lord of the Admiralty ; Mr Nundella, President of the. Board of Trade ; and Mr John Morrey, Chief Secretary for Ireland. It is added that probably Earl Spencer will be appointed Viceroy of , India and Lord Kimberley will go to the Foreign Office. Lord Roseberry may take the Colonial Secretaryship and Lord Granville be made Lord President of the Council. .
