(united press association.) I Wellington, Thursday. Admiral Tryon and the Governor will | leave for Lyttelton to-day. At a conference between Ministers and Admiral Tryon, a proposal was made by tlie admiral to the effect that all the Australian Colonies including New Zealand should ontribute proportionately to their respective populations, to the cost of considerable additions to the English navy m the Pacific. Later. Admiral Tryon does not go South with the Governor this afternoon.
