Cameron for 4& guineas: "Roan Duke" to Mr Peter Campell, of Manutahi, at 14 guineas ; one polled Angus to Mr W. Hammond for 25 guineas ; one ditto to Mr Bruce* for 15 guineas ; three, young ones to Mr ? Chapman at 10 guineas each ; cowge, made £2 4s ; young- steers, £2 9i; steers and heifers, £1 7s to £1 15s. Sheep.— Fat wethers, 7s ; ewes, 6s 73 ; fat lambs, 5s each :no stores sold. " Pigs were at reduced values. Wi sold as follows :— Porkers, 13s to 17i 6d; one pen larger sorts, 22s 6d ; store pigi, 8s to 9s ; young pigs, 4s 3d to 5s 6d. Horses.— Good hacks up to J6t2; staunch draught horses, 4J19; inferior hacks, £3 to Mlob Poultry sold at usual rates— 2s 6d to 3s 6d the couple.
