The School Inspector and Mr Thynne.

Inspector Bindon has written a reply to Mr Thynne's letter re educational matters at Foxton. The latter gentleman will be inclined to wish he had leit the Inspector alone. All the charges made Mr Bindon completely demolishes, and leaves Mr Thynne m the position of a porpoise that had floundered ashore and could not flounder off again. His friends will be anxious about him during the next few days, until he gets round a little after Mr Bindon's vivisection. Being chairman of the county council, and an authority on educational matters, require very different calibres of intellectual capacity, as Mr Thynne will find out as he grows older.
