All competitors when nominating for any oi the Handicaps, to give performance.! and Handicaps received during last 12 months, and the number oi competitors. Any intending competitor failing to compty with this Rule will be disqualified, and his nomination money forfeited. 3. In case of a dispute, a. sum of money equal to ' the entrance lee of the race on which the dispute arose, to be lodged with the Secretary within ten minutes after the race : the fee to be forfeited should the protest prove frivolous. 4. AH disputes to be decided by the Stewards, whose decision shall be final. 5. In each event, competitors to compete m athletic costume. 6. The Friendly Societies' Cup must be won by the same person two years m succession, or three years at intervals, before becomming his absolute property. 7. lii.each.event of the Friendly Societies Handicap, the points to.be calculated iis follows : — Ist shall count C points ; 2nd, 3 points ; 3rd, 1 point. 8. The Friendly Societies' Handicap is for members of the local lodges of Foresters, Oddfellows, Hibernians, and Druids, who were bonn fide members of such Lodges previous to Ist October, 1885, and who are financial at the date of running. All competitors to run m their respective Lodge Regalia. Nominations for Handicaps Nos. 3, 5, 7, 12, and IS, close on December 12, at 9 p.m. ; and ffnal Acceptances on SATURDAY, December 26th, at 9 p.m. AH others close on the Ground. Handicaps will be published m the local papers on December 19th. The Band will be m attendance throughout the day. A Dancing Platform will be 'provided. Merry-go-Round Swing Boats. Glorious Pun for Everybody. Refreshments on the Grounds. Admission to Grounds, Is. Children under 14 half-price ; m arms, free. All Trains stop at the Gates. A.
