CRISIS IN NEW SOUTH WALES. RESIGNATION . OF- THE N.S.W. ' . GOVERNMENT. (BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAP'h — COPYRIGTHT) (reuter's telegrams.) Sydney, Wednesday. On the Legislative Assembly meeting for business this afternoon the Premier, Mr Dibbs, announced that the Government finding that they did not possess a working majority m the House had decided to resign. Mr Dibbs also stated that the Ministry, m placing their resignation m the hands oil tbo Governor, had advised his Excellency to send for Sir John Robertson. The Assembly adjourned until to-morrow.
