Arrived- -Ship Westlaiia 1 , Capluin McWilli.'tms, 94 days from Lpndou. bhe brings 22 passengers, 1900 toim of cargo, and 900 packages of gunpowder. The passengers presented Captain McWilliams with a Muttering testimonial. She left port on the 10th September, at 8 p.m. The Scilly Islands bore northwest, distort 30 miles, tne barometer showing 29.6, with steadily rising wmu and sea. At 830 p.m. the wind chop pod into north and north west, blowing a furious hurricane, and carrying away the upper main top Bail,- the fore-top mast, staysails, low.-r HiisMjeutopsail.and splitting I.er foresail to ribbons. Ilia captain was compelled to heave to on the starboard tack under the two lower topsails; the sea breaking on board compete 1 * floored her dusks. LT-1» gale moderated at 4 a.m. next das.
