Douse of Duuedin, the R.M. gave judgement for plaiutilf for £100 and costs £2 ss, witnesses expenses £2 15s, solicitor's f vu £3 3s ; and plaintiff's expense at Dunedin k'H 3s. In giving judgment, the R.M. said defendant know before the transaction was completed that the instruments wave not as represented, and that they woro useless for the puryose for wiiioli they wvr«; intended.
