The Burmese Difficulty.

The Earl of Dufferin, GovernorGeneral of India, m replying to an address presented to him by the citizens of Luck now, stated that it would be a matter of careful consideration whether Burmah should be united, or whether it would bo better to remodel the administration of Upper Burmah.
