fELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. — COPYRIGHT.) (SPECIAE TO UNITED PRESS ASSSOCIATXON.) London, Dec. 2. The Tories have won the elections at North Armagh and North Derry. Mr J. E. Gorst has defeated Sir L. Massey, and Mr Lopes Lord Kensington. Mr Samuel Walker smd Mr J. D. Peddie have been defeated.

London, Dec. 3. The latest returns for the general elections give 234 Liberals, 196 Conservatives, and 146 followers of Mr Parnell* The latter party has secured the whole of the Dublin seats.
