Precise Locality : In a Creek being N.W. from workings on Anderson's prospectors claim, distance about one mile, bounded on the east by a line running 32 degrees E. of N., on north by line 58 degrees west of north, on the west by a line 32 degrees west, of 'south, on * ne south by a line 58 degrees east of south, and surrounded by Crown Lands m the Pohangina Gold Fields. Term for which Lease required: Fifteen Years. Time of Commencing Operations : As Imposed by Lease. Remarks: The Government cannot decline to accede to any application for the area of a prospector's claim, as the situation is over the distance provided by the Act for such purpose. The above application and any objection thereto will be heard at the Warden's Office, at , on , 1885.
