The second trial of Mr Joseph Symes, editor of TJie Liberator, which was rendered necessary by the non-agreement of the jury at the first trial, took place yesterday. The defendant was charged with taking money at the doors of his lecture-room on Sunday evening. The jury were again unable to agree, and were accordingly again discharged.
