The Copy wright Act.
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, Monday. Proceedings under the Copyright Act have been instituted against Mr Walter Bishop, advertising agent, by Mr J. S. Beid, proprietor of Mr Bradshaw's Guide for New Zealand. The latter is moving for an injunction to restrain Bishop troin entering upon the publication and sale of a monthly work to be known as Bishop'sBradshaw's Guide for New Zealand, The case will come on for hearing-m the Supreme Court shortly.
