Beid, proprietor of Mr Bradshaw's Guide for New Zealand. The latter is moving for an injunction to restrain Bishop troin entering upon the publication and sale of a monthly work to be known as Bishop'sBradshaw's Guide for New Zealand, The case will come on for hearing-m the Supreme Court shortly.
