Since Prince Alexander's submission to the Porte, Turkey and Austria are supporting them m this desire. (reuter's telegrams.) . ; Constantinople, Nov. 23. The Porte has forwarded a circular note to the Great Powers intimating that if they do not intervene m order to restore peace m Bulgaria, the Turkish troops will attack the invader. The Sultan has issued orders commanding the Turkish forces 40 assemble forthwith upon the frontier, and has forwarded a despatch to King Milan summoning him to evacuate Bulgaria. Sofia, Nov. 23. The Bulgarian forces under Prince Alexander fought a battle on Sunday, and succeeded m expelling ' the Servians from the heights m the vicinity of the Dragoman Pass.
