Wellington Markets.

Messrs Laery and Campbell report' there; are no alterations to note m market value since last week, Flour, bran, and sharps ai'e without any alteration m price, but the demand is far from brisk. Oats continue m steady demand, and good samples, we should say, are much better value ; oatmeal is firm at las* quotations ; old: potatoes are moving Bteadily, but the demand is diminished by the quantity of now potatoes now coming into the market ; old potatoes, however, are much better than general at this season of the year. Fresh butter is coming forward slowly, and 8d is the outside price obtainable ; salt butter is without demand. Eggs are slightly better value than they were, and the price will, we think, improve as Chri stmas draws nigh.
