Stevens and Gorton's Report.

Bolls, Tuesday. Since our last, report we . have had two very successful stock-Bales-^ne^at Wood- ( ville on the 15th ihst.; and the other at Bulls to-day. At, Woodville; we had cattle m «very pen and a good pen of hoggets ; we sold every head ot cattle (every lot excepting one under the hammer), the hoggets,' and some hacks. >At Bulls, we yarded over 200 head of cattle, over 1,200 sheep, 30, pigs, and several horses. The attendance was good and the bidding spirited, resulting m a sale of all the cattle excepting a small pen of steers and five cows ; and we quitted all the sheep, all the pigs, and some of the horsea. We quota the following rates, I which will be found quite up to, if not better than recent prices : — Cattle.— At Woodville : 3 and 4-yr steers, £4 17s 6d ; 2-yr steers, £3 12s 6d,; cows, £2 10s to £3 ss ; 18-months'-old (mixed), £2 Is ; weaners (heifers), 17s 6d. Sheep. — Hoggets, 8s sd. Horses.-— Hacks, £2 15s to £18.f Cattle.— At Bulls : Beef (mixed), £6 to £6 11s ; 2yr steers, £3 5s to £3 12s 6d ; 2^-yr steers, £3 16s ; fat cows, ±'4 3b to £5 ss ; cows, £2 7s 6d to £3 ; 18---month-olds (mixed), £2 5s ; 18-months' heifers, 365 ; mixed yeariines, 27s to 28s ; mixed weaners, 225. Sheep. — Fat wethers m wool, 13s 6d ; shorn wethers, 8s; fat shorn ewes, 8s 3d to 9s ; hoggets, 9s 2d to 9s 6d ; ewes with lambs, 13s Id. Pigs.— Pies, 4s to 12a Bd. Horses.— Haoks, £3 10s to £6 2s 6d.
