Committee meeti ng of the above held last evening. PresGnt--Meßsrs Haultani,' (chair,) Mitchell, Pascoe, Haybittle, Abraham, Johnston, Hawkins, and Pirani. The minutes of the last committee meeting were read and confirmed.? The stage manager, (Mr L. Abraham), suggested that " Chiselling," and " Scut to the Lower," be perfpnried,. witH'aa; hours' musical interlude, 1 on! Sept. !&"• The recommendation was adopted. The Secretary was instructed to communicate with the musical conductor itirefereuce to the musical interlude. ;; Mr Haybrttle proposed, and Mr seconded, Tuatau entertainment be'given on Boxing night, and that the Secretory be mstructed to engage the Theatre Royal on that evening.
