The Hutt Tarring Case.
A NEW PHASE.
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, Saturday. ' It is rumoured that criminal proceedings of a character totally different from any yet taken m connection . with the Hutr " tarring case," are about to be instituted against two members of the Legislature. It is understood the charge^ will be one of larceny. Monday. The prosecution m the tarring case intend calling three more witnesses.
