Justice Gillies delivered judgment m tiie case brought by the Official Assignee to recover £200 from the Board of Education, being salary paid to a Board teacher after he filed a petition of insolvency, and the Assignee claimed the money for the creditors. His Honor held that the members of the Board were personally liable for the £200, and gave judgment accordingly.
