Wood vi lie.— Mr Bridge brought up his report regarding the Woodville. school site, and recommending the purchase of two acres as a site for the new school at a cost of £3C. He stated that the committee informed him that they expected to be able to sell the site of the present school building, he moved thatmr Daul.opVoffsr of two acres at £15 per aero be accepted, seconded by Mr Robs and carried.— Mr Bridge further moved that the architects be instructed to draw the plans for the Woodville school.— Carried. B-iIIh. Four tenders were received for w.uk at Bulls' school. The tender of Mr Burlmsh at £243 was accepted. Tlio amounts of the other teuders were —£284, £25 \ nl£3 iO 10a. Otaki. — Tho Oiaki School Committee reminded the Board that they had applied to the Board about two mouths a»o for a porch and shed. — The secretary said the applications had never betuv received. Moutoa. — The chairman of the committee asked for a grant for repairs. — Referred to Building Committee. Cambletown.— \ tatter from the teacherjrc repairs was held over. Aahurst. — The Committee applied for a grant for fencing, and also for assistance m making up the teacher's salary, as the attendance . had been greatly interterred with by outside causes. Held over.
