A wire to that effect to be Bent him and if unable to make a start at, one*}, Mr Leybourue's application to be accepted. The new Secretary to giVe security to the extent of £200. Time to be given for 'dispenaion with services to be one month. ■ It was also resolved on the motion of Warden Mathiosoh that if the Secretary failed at any time to provide a balance sheet as required according tp the Act, the Board should give him instant dis•misßal. A letter from the Times was read re advertising, and ou tlie motion of Warden — -— — — ;it was decided to adver- 1 tise m both papers.
