The Royal Commsssion whioh was appointed to enquire into the causes of the present dopression of trade m Gruat Britain, has commenced its labors under the Presidency of the Earl of Iddesleigh, (biiStafford .Northcoto). A majority of the members of the commission hold "vievys 'favorable to wtat is known as fantrade, viz.i. a system of international reciprocity, free trade- being allowed those countries only which admit English products on the same terms.
