On the Tliames : Botorjia Eailway works yesterday, the Natives obstructed the contractor at- the Waihou Bridge, near Matamata, severely handling Mr Fallon, the contractor, arid several of the nien ; besides throwing the railway material intq the river. They then proceeded to cut the; bridged down. Mr Fallon and Mr Stewart, the engineer, have 'gone to Waikafco totake out sumrnoris, and a body qf police to arrest the offenders.
