(special to united press association London, J une 24. Mr Henry Chaplin, member for MidLincolnshire, will be Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster ; the Right Hon. David R. Plunkett, Q.C., Works aud Public Buildings ; and it is considered probable that Mr William J. Harris, M.P. for Poole, ,will be Under-Secretary for India, and Lord Dunraven Undersecretary for the Colonies, m the new Ministry.
