The Bryce-Busden Commission was formally opened this morning. The Hons. Buckley and Tole, are commissioners. Mr Button.of Auckland, appears for Mr Bryce, and Mr Izard of Wellington, and Mr Bamicoafc of Wanganui, for Mr Rusden. The evidence commence» to-morrow, bat will not be open to the press.
