[Age Specials.] London, April 13. In both Houses of Parliament last night, resolutions were passed thanking the Queen for the message of the 26th March, calling out the militia and reserve forces. In the House of Commons last night, during the discussion of the proposed motion thanking her Majesty for calling out the militia and reserves, an amend* ment was moved m favor of the immediate evacuation of the Sondan. Lord Churchill supported the amendment. On a division being taken, the amendment was rejected. An organisation is being formed amongst shippers of goods from the United Kingdom to Australia against ring shipbrokers, who have hitherto controlled the leading berths from London and Liverpool. British authorities are negotiating with the Orient Company for the purchase of the steamer Anstral, to be equipped as an armed cruiser. The Bnssian squadron which has been stationed m the Mediterranean has been ordered to the Baltic.
