Bankruptcy Court.
YESTERDAY.
(Befor His Honour, Judge Rawson.) In the estate of |H. Bishop, an application was heard to have claim of J. Arnold allowed for i-17 wages. Mr J. H. Hankins for the Deputy Assignee put Arnold and Bishop through, a stiff examination as to their mutual, business arrangements previous and subsequent to the bankruptcy. The Court decided to allow the claim. livthe case of P. iSheridan Mr J. H. Hankins appeared to oppose the bankrupt's discharge. Mr Baker, debtor's solicitor, was not present, his deputy Mr Prior was also absent and the bankrupt was granted an adjournment to next court day. He Morrison's estate. Mr J. H. Hankins for applicant. The Deputy Assignee applied for an order to allow all creditors who had not proved to do so within one month as m the case of the Leather Company m liquidation. Morris's estate would likely realize 20s m the £, and creditors not foreseeing the outcome of this suit had not taken the trouble to prove. Order granted.
