(DSITEI) Plll-SS .US CMATK'N.i Wanganui, This Day. Robert Boswell Middloton was charge;! to-day, with a fraudulent marriage notice to the Wanganui Herald. He stated that the notice had been given him by (mother party, but when put on oath he refused to name the party. The Magistrate sentenced him to soven days for contempt of Court, unless he chose to give the name, and adjourned the cas» lor a week.
