The following tendors were to-day accepted : — KICIIAr.DSON> LINK. J. & H. Sheerin, i'l 2s 6d, culvert included. FORMATION MIDDLE OARANGI LINE. Jl H. Anderson, i'l4s 2s 6J. METALLING MIDDLE OARANGI LINK. A Nathan, A'l 18s per chain. Resolved that the Returning Officer take the necessary steps for holdinsr election of 3 members who retire m May m accordance with the Road Boards Act. Resolved that the usual meeting of the Board be held on Wednesday 6th May at noon.
